To This Birkie Event – Just for YOU!
Join Fast & Female and Caitlin Gregg--2010 Winter Olympian and two-time Birkie Champion–for an afternoon of athletic inspiration and activities for girls ages 9 – 19. “SPREAD THE LOVE: Get as many girls hooked on a healthy and active lifestyle as possible!” is the mantra of the Fast & Female program nationwide. Now, Fast & Female will make its first-ever appearance at the American Birkebeiner! This special girls-only event will be held at the same time and location as the Birkie On-Snow Ski Demo:

About Fast & Female
Fast and Female supports, motivates, inspires, and empowers girls ages 9 to 19 to stick to sports and the healthy lifestyle by exposing them to innovative programming led by world-class female athletes who act as ambassadors and positive role models.
Fun Outdoor Activities AND Great Role Models? You Got It!
Your Fast & Female Ambassador for the day will be none other than Caitlin Gregg, a 2010 winter Olympian and two-time Birkie Champion. She will be assisted by Brooke Adams, College of St. Scholastica XC ski team racer, and Nikki Reker, who just one the Pre-Birkie on February 8.
Your Fast & Female Event Schedule:
11:00 – 11:10 : Check-in
11:10 – 11:35 : Dream Big segment (goal-setting exercise)
11:35 – 12:15 : Group Ski
12:15 – 12:50 : Lunch + Inspirational talk during the lunch
12:50 –Â Â 1:00 : Autographs, conclusion, participant departure.
How to Register + What You Get!
The cost for this event is $15 if you register online by Saturday at 10:00 pm. Or, you can sign up right at the event for just $20. Lunch is included in the registration fee. Plus, each girl will receive a Fast & Female buff! Fast & Female headbands and toques will be available for purchase.
